Customers can make space in their dwellings or office premises without parting with their beloved belongings by taking the advantage of such stores.

During the development stages the self-storage stores were traditions of urban areas, but with its growth the few business and even public schools started to lease out storage space to the general public to in order to increase their financial resources. Some high class self-storage facilities also offered the facility of elevators and other features to help customers in there to and fro motion across the facility. Later on the facility was also opened to cater to other demands of customers as opening furniture house, retail outlet, grocery stores, etc.

Another concern for the tenants is about the security of their belongings. The owners of the facility can ensure the tenants by introducing door alarms, interior unit’s lights and security cameras. The store that can bet more on the security terms can have more traffic intensity of customers.
