You can hear every day or every hour that more and more real estate agents have to quit their “job” because market is getting worse. I say bull… It is true that prices are at all time lows (or at least lows we didn’t see for a while) but that doesn’t mean you cannot make profit, it just means that the too-easy profit is gone, and those who never knew a thing about the real estate business but jumped the bandwagon when things were easy are gone too.
